TO SECURE PLANNING

PRODUCTS & PRICING

Planning Site Notices Ltd (PSNL) install and maintain the planning site notices that are required under Article 19(1) of the Planning and Development Regulations in Ireland.

We ensure all of our clients' planning site notices meet regulatory requirements, eliminating the risk of planning applications being invalidated for this reason.

All of our notices are made with sustainable materials sourced in Ireland and are crafted locally in Dublin.

PSNL’s product offering reflects well established market norms and regulatory requirements. We offer clients a planning site notice installation service and an ongoing monitoring service.

INSTALLATION:

Our product is a visible wooden post structure, free standing, affixed to a gate or wall mounted, onto which is attached the notice, printed on weatherproof laminate.

MONITORING:

In addition to notice installation, PSNL also provides a monitoring service with daily or weekly site visits, as requested by the client, to ensure the planning site notice complies with regulatory requirements on that day.

FAQs

  • What information do I need to provide?
At the time of placing your order, you will select the number and type of notices (white or yellow) required and your preferred installation date. On submitting this information you will be taken to a confirmation page which will provide a summary of the order and total cost. If you wish to proceed you will be asked to upload two PDFs: a) the planning site notices; and b) a site location map highlighting where each notice is to be physically displayed.
  • Can I complete the booking and make an online payment?
At the end of the booking process you will be taken to the payment section where the transaction can be completed by making the necessary payment.
  • What happens when I make the payment?
An automated email will then be generated by the system confirming: a) an order and payment have been received; and b) that you will receive a call back to confirm the installation date.
  • For peace of mind, can you let me know when the notice(s) is installed?
On the day before installation, we will contact you to confirm that you still wish to proceed on the agreed date, as it is from this date that the planning application process is being set in train.
  • What are the regulatory specifications that I must comply with?
Article 19(1) of the Planning and Development Regulations, in relation to planning site notices, specifies that: 1. The site notice must be fixed in a conspicuous place, usually at or near the principal entrance to the subject property. 2. The site notice must be fixed securely and be visible and legible to persons using the road and must not be concealed. 3. Where there are several entrances, the site notice must be displayed at each such entrance, adjoining a public road. 4. Where the premises does not adjoin a public road, the site notice must be put on the land or structure so as to be visible and legible to persons outside the land. 5. The site notice is required to be in place for five weeks and one day commencing the day before the lodgement of the planning application up to, and including, the expiry of five weeks from the date of lodgement of the planning application.
